    Since yesterday morning it has been snowing pretty much nonstop, from what I can tell. One of the three tree stumps outside my window is completely covered, the second one is barely visible. And I have to go out in it this afternoon to get my groceries. Though at least I'll be going midday, since the Wegmen's shuttle is apparently not running. I just hope I don't run into another power outage at Tops; that happened at last year's October surprise.

    Ice!
    The falling snow has now officially given way to falling ice. Which meant it took an hour longer than it should have to get back to the apartment from Tops. At least now my groceries are in and I am free to refuse to set foot outside the apartment for the entire week if I like. If this weather continues I certainly am not going anywhere.
